It's the hole in front of an engine which points to the bottom. Normally hidden by lower fairing.

+1 I agree 100%. Been there, tried that. You can't move it far enough with the hard lines connected.

Are you sure it is the rear seal? Is it leaking out of the hole in the bottom of the bellhousing? I only ask as I would think a leak here would end up on the floor with or without the belly fairi ...

The shocks are the same. I took the shock off my RS and ran it on my LT for awhile.

I was having issues on and off last summer and I couldn't figure it out. Within a week the tail light bulb was out. Just make sure you have spare bulbs with you.

It sounds like your ABS is activating. Check the gap at the wheel sensor. If it is not reading all pulses, it thinks you have locked up the wheel so the ABS releases the brake.

The side stand switch will not allow the brake light to work. That is a quick easy check.

I ordered both of those part #'s recently from Bike Bandit, $15 and $65 if I recall properly and they came in 2 or 3 days.

If you feel it engages slowly, it may be the way you have it set up. When mine was set up for high hp engine it was slow to react when set. What are all your switches set at?

It is called anti-tamper paint. I have a tube of it at work but I am not sure where I got it.

I have a stock seat pan on mine so that's why I went in the left side.

If you are asking where to mount the servo, I mounted mine in the left side fairing. I made up an aluminum spacer block (about 1 inch) and used the front fuel rail location.

Thanks for the links. I only watched part of it but I feel much better about opening the tranny now. I thought I was going to have to pull everything out to get at it. Smile

If there are switches to the left of the light, they were likely added by a PO. My bike came with dummy switch covers there.
