Well now I feel like a right idiot. Taking the wiring apart this morning with some decent daylight so I can see what I'm doing, it turns out I had the wrong plug - the one I thought was the front sens ...

Having put a meter on the sensors, the rear has continuity but the front doesn't. I assume that's indicative of a failed sensor. The sensor itself looks well corroded into the fork bracket so I doubt ...

Can it really be this simple?

Had some downtime today and the big GSA has been put back on the road so I thought I'd take a look at the problem and see if I could find the fault. Took the tank off ...

Thanks Tony. I haven't had an opportunity yet to take a look at the problem - just too cold in the garage! I don't see how this could be related but both heated grips have packed up at the same time ( ...

I have a Westco 12V20P which I fitted over 8 years ago now into the RS. It's just begining to show signs of needing replacement so I will get the same again. It's been 100% reliable never failing to s ...

The first time you move off after starting the bike, at about 3mph, the ABS does a system check and you should see the red warning lights stop at that point. The clicking is part of that check process ...

In the UK its not that common (unless you're city commuting) for the fan to come on unless its one of the two days a year above 25 degrees. I make sure I cycle the fan regularly to make sure its not s ...
