Finally fettled the RAASK rearsets where my pal's mechanics [?] had simply hacked off the pillion rest mounts and just left them!

They've now been rounded off and made to look "factory". ...

Aaaaarrrrrggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh - so, went to fit up my newly reamered K100 top yokes only to find that they are 5 mm or so narrower across the stanchions than the K1100. That'll teach me not to check tho ...

Preliminary checks show it's definitely a viable project.
Using a jackshaft also allows for shorter drive belts [ Gilmer type ] and easier tensioning, but additionally gives me extra scope for alteri ...
