Just did this on my k11rs. Too early to tell for sure but so far so good. I used that diagram as a guide.
Another alternative is to not connect rear crank case breather to the throttle body sync tub ...

...in the end i just cleaned the 'trunk' and used self-vulcanizing silicone tape to seal the whole part. So far seems to work - but not sure how long it'll last with heat from the engine.
