Yup, just checked with the BMW tech. The temp sensor for the temp gauge is seperate. Good!

The vavles are pretty static but if it's NEVER had the valves checked then I'd recommend having someon check/adjust the valves and having the TB's synched.

I second the motion of going fully synthetic on the gearbox oil. When I bought the bike, I changed all the oils to fully synthetic, and the beemer has been shifting better and better ever since... Very Happy
