Does yours have a air mixture adjuster inside the airbox?
That would theoretically then be disabled/disconnected.

I have a non cat ABS2 K11 (Motronic 2.2) and I'd like to convert it to a lamda regulation (oxygen sensor). Beside the Motronic itself, what do I need to change in the harness? |

| Check you exhaust collector for leaks, unless the engine was not properly warmed up, it's the most likely reason why you'd break an exhaust valve. |

I don't understand what are your Go and No Go values, intake should be between .15 and .20, exhaust should be between .25 and .30.
Those values should reduce with wear so it is strange that you have ... |

Sounds like running lean, if you mix a significant amount of ethanol with your gas, it kind of acts like that.
Did you have the "CO" potentiometer adjusted? You need a gas analyzer for that ... |
