I think the problem is with the connection to the relay, the starter doesnt turn - all is dead on several presses of the button until all of a sudden the bike will start.

Just got back..its now done 58,500...without any problems what so ever! 2 up with camping gear for nearly 3 weeks. What a bike!...Proper report and hopefully photos to follow elsewhere.

Changed plugs before I changed exhaust and was still running iffy. Could have been leads I guess. Its got me puzzled but as I say it seems to be running sweet at the moment.

I have the mechanism out and unplugged. Like I say the motor is turning as I can see the little green plate on the back moving when I press on the switch - just no screen movement. Guess its the relay ...
