One of the coolest rides I have had was the Blue Ridge Parkway in the fog, was eerily solitary and solemn.

I have read how to adjust the TPS etc. However I am unclear as to it's function. I can't lower my idle RPMs ( 1500 rpms ) would resetting the TPS help this? This is on my 87 K75.

Has anyone had this screaming problem? The bike has 80k miles. Also late
throttle response when revving engine motor hesitates. Any one have this problem? It is not the fuel pump.
