actually it does. The problem lies with the insurance company. It is not a parts bike or a stolen bike. Obviously we Europeans have a more sophisticated insurance data base than the colonials lol

there is a frame number and an engine number..on my frame it is 7 digits long .....never had any problem insuring it.
