Well packed
Ain't nuttin' but a Willie G thang
Classic to be sure
New classic?
Striking
Sorry sister, I ride alone
Almost like new
A little more patina
Oh, please, can I hear it run?
Three-wheelin'
Another way to three-wheel
Tread lightly
Some day...
Just genius
Nothin' else like it
Oh, those Italians
Mama Mia!
Pink slips? Uh, I think I'll pass.
Life is good
Ready to pounce
Whoa.

Originally planned to be available in the U.S. this March, now scheduled for Fall 2008 due to production demand for F650GS's in Europe. Some day...
Any additional insight, Dom? _________________ tlp

The above info is the official BMW statement. The bike is to be released in the US in September 08. I worked the IMS in Cleveland. The BMW boths are made up of half dealers and half Motorrad guys. My own opinion, is that the bike will not be released in Europe until September as well, for reasons that I will leave you to imagine
On a side note I talked to Nate Kern for a couple of days. He is a heck of a good guy and wonderful spokesperson for BMW. I wish BMW would be giving him more backing and PR. He will be racing the HP-Sport in Daytona!!! Did anyone even know that??? The bike is a sweet machine, first class everything, with fantastic fit and finish. The MSRP is around 26K, which sounds high, until you actually see the bike and stats. It's way down in the ponies 130hp vs the competion, but horsepower alone isn't everything, just look at our K11's

I'm even more excited about the (codename)K46 superbike. 1000cc 190hp, undergoing track testing in a Yamaha R6 fairing! Can't wait to see the final product. Looks like BMW is getting serious about racing!
