Well we have all complained about this dealer or vendor who gave out poor customer service. I just received a call from Kisan. They had reprogrammed my Signal Minder and then shipped it to an old address. I had failed to tell them of the new address. Well they got it back from Maine, called me and now are going to ship it to me in Connecticut. Now that is customer service. And there has been no charge for all of this. Maybe there is hope after all.

Just curious but what's the advantage of a Signal Minder? Ks already have auto-cancel turn signals and Run-n-Lites front and rear are cheaper that a signal minder.

I didn't know that before I bought the Signal Minder. I never gave the blinkers long enough to shut off on their own so I thought it wasn't installed on this bike.

And the SM had the running lights so I thought it was a good add on. Now that it is being fixed a will use it. Live and learn....

Update on the Signal Minder. Received it back and installed it and it working like a charm. One other reason I like the SM better then the BMW blinker set up is that the time the blinkers stay on is definitively more programmable. Sometimes the BMW stays on too long especially in a very congested area with lots of side streets and such. Granted by that point I would hope I remembered to shut it off instead of waiting but I am human and occasionally get busy watching traffic or dangers. Nice to know there is a back up shutt'er off'er so someone doesn't send me to the other side of life.
