I've got the K on the lift, both wheels pulled and painted, Duck's better than new discs with new bobbins ready to go, and new tires on the way. So as long as I'm throwing money at the old girl I might as well rip the front brake lines out. 3 are right there and if I pull the tank I should be able to trace the one off the M/C.
So, I'll empty the lines and pull them. Then comes the bleeding process from scratch. Can I bleed them the "normal way", start at the modulator and then down to the caliper or should I find an old M/C lid, drill and tap it to fit a bleeder valve, and suck the the new fluid up with the Mighty Vac? _________________ Scott Hespelt, '94 K11LT

That's how I have done mine, bleed the modulator 1st then to the calipers.
I've used the vac method at the modulator and the caliper, but I've not gone the other way and bleed to the master cylinder. _________________ Ride safe.
