If I was to leave the Mystic side, that would be my color. Deep metallic white. Nice choice.

Great job!
I am desiring to redo the snowflake wheels on a R80 I just picked up. What process did you use for your wheels? They look great, just what I am after...

Thanks for the positive responses. The wheels were finished using standard auto body routine......sand, sand sand. Then primed, painted and cleared. I might have gone the powdercoat route.....next time

The panels did have some road rash, so they too were given some body work. I have before and after pics....for wheels too if anyone is interested.

i'd be interested in the before pics of the body panels. i ask because my top fairing's right pylon/bar is a little out from the left so it needs to be bent/formed back into alignment. didn't know if you had to have that done, or if it is even possible. i'm thinking it probably is -- just gotta heat it up enough most likely.

The main fairing piece is made from something like fiberglass. Conventional body repairs will work fine on it. DO NOT heat and bend...it is not plastic! I looked for photos, but I did not do any real body work to that piece, just sanded....
