Both of these seats have both the rider and passenger areas "Russellized."
Seat 1: Vinyl. $275 plus shipping. Overall very nice but has one tiny nick in the vinyl - see red cricle in pic below:
SOLD Seat 2: All leather. Muy bueno. $350 plus shipping. The weirdness you see on the passenger seat is just light coming through the basement window.
Seat 1 uses the old style hinges.
Seat 2 needs the rubberized newer hinges.

What size rider was the seat (all Leather) built fork and what are the rubberized hinges?

a) not sure
b) 93 and earlier bikes has all metal hinge pieces, 94 and later seat pans had hinges with about 1/3" thick rubber pads on them. (I assume to reduce vibration through the seat.)

I met this guy at the WI Dells Rally in Sept.
It's an adjustable air foil to kick the flow up & over. Has a screw adjuster on the back. Kinda trick looking from the back. He was pulling a trailer too!
