So I got to work today, and while pulling off the overpants, noticed not one, but two egregious cracks in my front left rotor... all the way from edge to collar. I've sourced a cheap set on ebay, but my question is, is there anything tricky I ought to know about before attempting a swap? My assumptions going in, are, reasonable torque and blue locktite on the new set... am I missing anything?

The metal on the rotor bolts seems pretty soft and the dissimilar metals of the wheels and rotor bolts tends to cause corrosion in the threads so it's not that hard to strip the heads when removing them. You might want to heat up the bolts with a torch prior to removing them and use a good Allen wrench(like the one in the factory toolkit.)

On re-installation, I put anti-seize, not Loctite, on the threads in case I ever need to remove them again.

Disclaimer: I don't claim that this is the "right" way to do things but it's what I do on my bikes.

Edit: I just noticed it's for a K100, not K1100. That advice was for a 4 valve K. For a two valve K, it's pretty straightforward. And you don't need Loctite as the nuts are locknuts.

EDIT -> Hope I don't have to replace bolts. $17 each from Bob's.
