The right mounting bracket which holds in the the rear brake pedal will not come off (Picture attached). I removed the three screws. The lower one was very hard to remove. I applied some lubricant but it will not budge. Am i missing a screw or has the panel rusted on ?!

Might need a tap or two. I think one or more of the footpeg hanger mounting points engages on a projection at the end of the support bracket. The support bracket is steel and the footpeg hanger is alloy. There could be some corrosion.

What year is your bike? (Some of the 92 and early 93 bikes have K100RS4V peg plates.)

Hint: It really helps if you add the model and year of your bike to your signature.

We can help you better if you include the year, model and approximate mileage of your bike in your sig.

This should help you with posting pix: http://k11og.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5894

A 1994? That's odd because the picture you posted on K-bikes.com shows an ABS I modulator.

Anyhow, as I poster over there. The peg plate is only attached by the two upper bolts. If should come off once you've removed those. The lower bolt is only a pivot for the brake pedal.

Usually needs a good smacking from behind & keeping square, as it's an accurate fit on the pins. Also tis ally against steel, therefore electrolytic corrosion can make it stick even more.
Watch when it does come away, not to strain either the brake pipe or the electrics. They often let go suddenly.
