Greetings K1100OG gang!!

Yes, its been quite a while since I've posted anything, my apologies for that. I just stopped back in to see how you were all doing, and it looks like this forum is as strong as ever!

Well, the reason I've been missing is that I sold the brick last year. One of the dangers of posting your riding adventures here and on facebook is that it generates a lot of interest, and one of the most interested parties was actually the guy I bought my K11 from Smile

Anyway, in a nutshell, he really wanted the bike back, living vicariously through my ride reports just wasn't doing it for him anymore and he wanted to get back into the saddle himself. So the brick and I parted ways in October last year; or was it November? Anyway, he's really happy to be riding again, and he could be here in this forum already actually, cos I'd told him what a great place it is to be in Smile

But I haven't given up biking! Earlier this year I found a '92 Kawasaki ZZR1100 C2 that was looking for a new home, and jumped at it. I'd owned a similar bike in 1998, and loved it, so I'm now riding around on this...

Anyway, I just wanted to also shout out a very big THANK YOU to all of you who assisted me with advice and help when I had the brick, and even sent me parts for it! I really don't think I'd have enjoyed the bike as much without all of you here! Smile

If it's alright, I'd still like to drop by here once in a while to see how everyone's doing Smile

Hey guys,

Thanks SO much for the kind words, really means a lot to me! I'm hoping to attend Phuket Bike Week again this year, and a possible ride to Vietnam in December, I'll mos def post up the pictures and a report here Smile

Here's a shot of me on the ZZR last weekend, I may have sold the brick, but if you notice I kept the BMW Motorrad riding boots and jacket, no way I was letting go of those! Haha Smile

The brick still lives within, definitely...
