Did a bus tour around europe in 1988 wurst holiday I ever had (no bike)

2004 bought my yellow R1100s in Portland Oregan and rode the midwest with Paul on his K1100s ,Yellowstone,Blackhills, Glacier mountains, rockies in Canada then flew out from Vancouver BC and shipped the bike home.
2009 Bought a 1988 600 transalpoff ebay and rode from Brisbane to Birdsville, Brokenhill and back 2wks 600km of mostly dirt sold the bike on Ebay .
2010 shipped my R1100s over to Boston met up with John Sugarhill then roade down to Virginia to Hungry mothers then rode down to the start of the Blueridge mountains and worked our way up into maine then onto Novia Scotia,Cape Bretton and back to Boston then shipped the bikes home.

BTW Darryl,
Here is a picture of the "new" Supersport
That is a dealer picture. Thought I was going to pick it up tomorrow, but a BIG snowstorm is to get here- 10 to 18 inches. Looks like the 8 hour round trip will have to wait until next Friday. _________________ John & Cathy

Sean,
You dropped both of us and Darryl left me. Trying to muscle a bloated whale (the Concours) around those tight corners had me running wide on several turn.
Might be a bit more conservative this year with Jen following me.
Can't wait for HM IV.

Yeah OK, you're forgiven.... Do you have a second player you can send over for the world cup? Or are you going for just a 1 player cricket team? And even he wears glasses!! _________________ K1100RS '97

Yes John its a bit of a down-under thing referring to the pathetic NZ cricket team and I have to admit that Drikko is right for once, but he doesn't seem to talk about the Rugby much and me being a Pom I wont mention the recent cricket "ashes test" and before he brings up the one day series with England, thats not real cricket just a quick knock around the field invented by an Aussie so that they could win something but in answer to your question, no we don't have another player but we might get Russell Crowe back from you "who is a Kiwi" and see if he's as good as the other two cricketers from his family _________________ Paul & Gill

Shhh, don't encourage him . You only have to put up with him putting shit on people on the forum. We have to put up with his obnoxious behavior in person at rallies and the like! |

| There is a rumour floating about that the old site was badly damaged by floods. The rally site may be relocated. Have you heard anything? |

Not yet, but have earmarked that weekend for wherever it might be. Doesn't surprise me, it would have been well under water! _________________ K1100RS '97
