from the UK
Hi peeps
Having had all manner of bikes over the years I stuck with Yamaha XJR's for a while, street fighter-ed them and everything.
Then getting older I packed in biking last year and bought a camper van for me and the wife .... great fun but I yearned for another Euro trip and so having looked around I have just bought a second hand 1992 K1100LT SE, 75000 on the clock but a history logged by the previous owner down to every penny and item ... excellent stuff.
Last month he had a full BMW Dealer service and every oil/lube changed so I have no worries there.
First impressions are very favorable, comfortable and quick, different than anything else I have ridden but its all there for the trip.
So I look forward to dipping into the knowledge on here and asking daft questions
I'll try a couple of pics in the other section ....[/url] |
