K1100 RS
I got the bike with a sticking front brake after working on the brakes they work fine but now after putting on the front brake the brake on the brake light stops on if you tap the brake lever it goes off is there a spring missing ???

work done
fresh calipers
pads
braided lines all the way through
reamed the handlebar cylinder with new seals

the micro switch seams to work ok

Not sure what you actually did. But there is a spring in the master cyl to make it return to extended position.

The piston can stick it there is corrosion in the master cyl.

mine was a little sluggish too, cleaning and greasing the pivot bolt for the clutch lever did the trick.

This gives some where to start from when putting on the pipes there mite be a bit of the old hoses missed so to start a full clean out of the pipes.
But I will keep watching this thanks for the help so far
