Must confirm Duck's recommendation on Mr. Injector.
Put the injectors in the mail (flat rate USPS box) Monday morning.
Today (wednesday) got the paypal bill and almost as I completed that transaction I got a nice note from Bill Johnson saying that they were in the mail and that I'd get a full report on their condition, though no problems were found.
Cost: $16/injector plus $5 shipping for the set.

I have used Mr Injector a few times and always fast service. Also if an injector cant be cleaned he does not charge you for his attempt.
