I have a 28" inseam and lowered my K11LT but I removed the low seat cause it was the most uncomfortable seat I ever had my butt in. I have a mayer seat on there right now and it is taller but with my lowered suspension I can get the balls of my feet down. with the low seat I was almost flat footed but the pain was not worth it. I used a lowered YSS shock and lowered the front end thru the triple trees. Bike is lever and rides great. No loss of stability or handeling. _________________ Ron

This seems like a good time to remind everyone to resize their pictures so all the text fits on a computer screen. _________________ Scott Hespelt, '94 K11LT

or conversely, this might be a good time to remind everyone to get a bigger computer screen. _________________ (formerly) 1993 k1100rs |

Speaking of spring, autumn has hit here with a vengeance, last night got down to a chilling 68f and today it barely managed to get up to a cool 85. You can just feel it right through to the bones, won't be long now before I'll have to get a long sleeved shirt out and close a window....not sure where I put them though it was nearly 6 months ago.... _________________ K1100RS '97

I just knew some smartarse would say that.......
Although it's kinda true, I took 2 of the windows out of the lounge to replace the flyscreen, which I did, but never bothered putting them back, I think they are somewhere in the garage. Will go look for them in about June when it actually gets cold. Ahhh QLD.... _________________ K1100RS '97
