Hi All
Just registered on this site, like to say hello, my name is Paul I got my hands on my first "K" BMW about 2 weeks ago ( had a 1150RT a few years ago) drop it a couple of times seems to be more top heavy than the K. I used to be a mechanic for the Glousetershire Police force back in the late 70's just when they brought in the R75's and I did like them, compared with Triumphs and BSA's the BM's kept all there lights, panniers etc. where they should be,.. on the bike!
Well I hope to be picking some of you old timers on the K's for hints etc. soon.
All the best. _________________ "Live long and prosper" |

Hi Paul Pell !!!
Welcome welcome welcome....! Now, please add more details about yourself, pics of your "new" K, and a pic of yourself for the rogues gallery. Would like to see detailed ride pics as well as they happen, and before Midlands-Tim has to say it: Sign into to the UK riders group as well... you've got a very active bunch over there, so jump in with both feet...
Best of luck and ride safe...!// Ernie in NH _________________ AMA,, American Deaf Bikers

Welcome Paul.
I am not a million miles from you, over in good old Weston-super-Sludge.
Cheers.
