Wondering if I put it back together wrong? Lights and dash lights come on. Next setting has dash lights on parking lights off. Then Final setting has dash lights off, parking lights on.
The switch was dirty and cleaning the switch made a difference in how the bike was running. _________________ 93 K1100LT

That's a tough one.
If it were me, I'd get a wiring diagram and try to sort out the contacts. _________________ 1993 K1100RS aka The Shop Whore

Just got a used ignition, key, keypad, and the wire all the way under the gas tank. Ill try a replacement of all first, then if it doesn't work I'll take it apart by pieces. _________________ 93 K1100LT

Installed switch and keypad now everthing is doing good - except it now takes different keys to open the gas tank vs the ignition. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't have tried hard to get the white cap on the bottom off without breaking it. _________________ 93 K1100LT
