I'm getting ready to install the Eastern Beaver Relay Kit so that I can run a higher watt headlight bulb. Has anyone tried the Hella 130/90 H4?

I have the bigger alternator and I am hoping that it will put out enough juice.

Try a Sylvania Silverstar Ultra H4 - I think that's what it's called. With the relay, you'll get decent light from a stock bulb - with a bulb upgrade, you'll probably find you don't need a super bright, higher wattage bulb.

You don't have to be concerned about the alternator output.
