Did anyone else get one of these when they launched the K100 many years back ?
I won mine at a BM dealers in Southport, England.(At the launch)
You had to complete some sort of quiz on an arcade like machine.
I'm afraid I haven't looked after it over the years but it is still usable.

Fascinating post! Wish I had one of those.
The writing is sometimes quite funny. Some examples:
"An additional adapter located at the rear brake lets riders adapt braking action to the situations that have to be mastered."
Huh?
Or:
"Even crankshaft and pistons can be removed without disassembling the engine."
Uh, guys? That is disassembling the engine. Taking the crankshaft and pistons out is pretty much the essence of it. _________________ '93 K1100RS

I apologise for the sh*te quality of the pictures.
If I can figure out how to take better pictures with my new camera then I'll upload them instead so you can read the text better.
The pages are made of a kind of "acetate" so get alot of glare. _________________ "A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing." |
