It looks to be in very good cosmetic condition.
The starting price works out to be about $4100US which would be about what a good condition RS would fetch here in the States.
Low mileage (6000!!). Good or bad? Might have some rubber bits that need replacing along with some fluids, but if it has truly had yearly servicing (how thorough?) it should be "good to go"
