I just wanted to say thanks to everyone, I have been reading this site for a couple of years and the info and help that is here is great. I have had my bike sitting for awhile as I backed my car into it and I was not sure what to do as these bikes are expensive to get fixed in Oz. You guys have motivated me into doing it myself so thanks to all of you out there.

Should give you something to do instead of boring yourself with aerial ping pong.......
Plenty of parts around to fix things either on the interweb, or the BMShop has stacks of stuff and do mail order.
