I am getting a small gas "leak" out of the line behind the right peg when i stop at stop lights. At first I thought it was an overfilled tank as this has happened before shortly after a fill up but it is still doing it with 1/2 a tank. I have not had the tank off the bike yet so i am not sure where this "overflow" line is routed to. Anyone know what i am talking about and what might be causing this?
Thanks _________________ 94 K1100RS |

That might be your crankcase vent hose and not a gas overflow hose. _________________ Kenji

Just to close this the gas was coming from a tank vent, the forward one. I added a johnny blanket and a fan switch and haven't had a problem since but it hasn't been very hot either. Summer will be here soon enough to tell for sure. _________________ 94 K1100RS |
