I have this Corbin backrest for a K100LT. Corbin's price is $199. I'll deliver this one to you for $100. There are no rips or tears. All stitching is good.

I would think that at 35L trunk is a 35L trunk, so long as you don't have the speaker assy on it.

Just saying that if you have a later model without the speakers on the rear, don't know why it wouldn't fit. The trunks should all be the same.
