Hi
Had a bit of wrenching part replacing the starter free wheel unit of a -94 K11LT. Se: https://plus.google.com/photos/102903190849339634673/albums/5911953970918597729?authkey=CLHsoeKV5KnVSg
The outer surface had been flattened so it slipped from time to time, a bit enoying. The tricky was to mount it in the right direction. PS. take a photo or two before you disassemble the free wheel unit.
Took some hours and human lubrication ( beer ) to replace the unit.
PSS. a cute and compact power train, what frame and bike/vehicle can you make of it maybe http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KaGc0P4Du4U
A note. by removing the silencer you have to replace the CU sealing ring in the cylinder head. Make them slightly oval and press them into the cyl head otherwise they will fall out/down all the time. |

A little dab of wheel bearing grease will stick them up in there too, long enough to get the header back in place.......BTDT. _________________ Ride safe.
