The real fun of motorcycles in Cambodia is riding one there. I did. Both in Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville.
Before I went there, I'd read on The Internet that if a cop tried to pull you over your best bet was to outrun them because all they're looking to do is scam you out of $20 because you're a tourist. This was confirmed to me by the guy in PP who rented me a 250 and told me the cops only had 125s so it was easy to outrun them.
There really aren't any traffic laws there. I found that it was virtually impossible to make a left turn on any major street in PP. What I had to do was weave through oncoming traffic about 100 yards ahead of time to the far left side of the road, navigate through oncoming scoots/MCs and then make my turn when I hit the street I wanted to turn on.
Stop lights aren't much of an issue either as you can just ignore them.
Here's a typical gas station in Cambodia. Plastic pop bottles filled with gas and a funnel with a screen in it.

Yup. The countryside is great for riding (do get knobby tires!)
Phnom Penh is too scary for me. 6 traffic fatalities per day in that city alone.
