Have done my first water/oil pump rebuild and it seems a little tight. I had to use the old spacer for the impeller because the new one was thinner and had the impeller digging into the pump. (I have the bolt, not the nut holding the impeller on). How freely should the impeller and oil pump gear turn? Question
