Wow.
A Moto Guzzi V11, heavily modified with blue printed engine amongst a long list of other work.
It really is an awesome looking thing, and the sound
I like Guzzi's

I've never understood the design engineers reasoning behind placing the oil filter right behind the front wheel leaving it fully exposed to debris.........
Nice looking bike though. _________________ Ride safe.

I agree, although the original factory sump has the oil filter fitted underneath, like the K bikes.
This bike is fitted with an after market, non factory deep sump with the oil filter located differently. |

Scott-
The Kawi Concours that I rode to HM III had the same arrangement. It was enough of a concern that there was a company that sold an aluminum cover that slipped over the oil filter for protection.
One of the many farkles that I had bought in my quest to make the bike reliable and comfortable. As you know, it never grew on me. _________________ John & Cathy

Both bikes look good but to me the RS takes first place. The Guzzi looks great if you have cold knees. _________________ Paul W.
