I just opened the box with the stainless brake lines from Spiegler.
I can't wait. However I'm at a loss as how to do the line from the handlebar
master, to the balance peice to the front disk. Do I have to remove the fairing? Is there a link
Thanks Bob D
Also Thanks for ALL of your help already. |

With ABS or are you bypassing it.
When I changed my lines, I didn't have to remove all of the fairing, only the center section that covers the radiator. I also had to remove the fuel tank and mess with a bunch of the wires to get to the fittings down by the headstock. _________________ Ride safe.

I did this last spring, You COULD do it just removing the tank and not the faring, but it's easier without the faring. There is the line from the front MC to a hard line center under the wiring under the tank. If you cut the wire ties you can separate the wiring to make it easier to get to the fittings. You'll need to remove the front radiator shield to get to the hose from the hard line to the front distribution block. _________________ 2014 R1200RT Water Cooled
