I have not been on here for a while - other things have sort of caught up with me and the aquisition of another K1100 has brought me back. This one was originally a 94 RS in it's former life, but the fairing has been removed. It actually looks quite decent as a naked bike but, oh boy does it need a lot of work and tidying up. Possibly next summer will be what I am aiming for.

That really isn't the main reason for my post/question though. I also have 2 x K75 models which are running well.....apart from the indicators on my K75c. Although they work, they operate quite slowly with the light staying on at first for about 1 second and then they start flashing again slowly, but still within the legal parameters. Certainly slower than my K75s

Any ideas where the problem may be? a worn out indicator relay or a drop in voltage due to the multiple wireing connections not making a good circuit? Both sides show the same reluctance to flash, so I am hoping it is the relay which will be an easier fix,....Any suggestions otherwise?

Hi John,

As you have a second bike I would just swap over the relays to see if the fault follows the relay or stays with the bike.

Stupid me! It never actually crossed my mind to swap them. Which one is it in the relay box please?

I thought Drake posted a diagram of the relay box recently, but I can't find it now... This one from John hasn't been translated, but not too difficult to figure out what the relays are.

Hi John,

It's the box marked 'H' in the diagram Jim posted.
