Hi all, wondering if anyone has fitted a k1200 motor into a k1100 , does the 1200 motor fit the 1100 gearbox and clutch housing .

Yes, this is a K1100RS with a K1200LT motor that I owned for a while:




I didn't do the conversion but I have some notes from the guy who did. If you PM me your email address I will send them to you.

It would be better to use the 1200 6-speed gearbox. Smile

It would be even better to use a K 1200 RS motor w/6 speed. Wink
