Hi all, wondering if anyone has fitted a k1200 motor into a k1100 , does the 1200 motor fit the 1100 gearbox and clutch housing . _________________ 92k1100 lt with sidecar. 93K1100 CAFE..86K75C.95 k1100lt |

Yes, this is a K1100RS with a K1200LT motor that I owned for a while:

It would be better to use the 1200 6-speed gearbox.  _________________ To err once is human. To do so repeatedly is incompetence.
