So my K1100 Rs rear brake is not working. Specifically there is no pressure. I replaced the master cylinder about 5 years ago. There is no evidence of brake fluid anywhere in the system. Yes it still has the ABS and according to the computer that is all good and still working. I have bled the system a few times, that does seem to help. The master cylinder does move fluid. Just not sure where else to look with this.

Cloggage in the brake line?

Happened to a friend of mine's 93 LT last year. If you pumped the rear brake hard the brake line between the ABS modulator and rear caliper would bulge.

Motobins UK has SS rear replacement lines for a decent price.

You say that you bled the line, presuming you did get fluid out of the caliper bleed nipple at a decent pressure when the pedal was applied, I'd check that the caliper pistons aren't seized/stuck in the caliper.

You could still have air in the system, or as Duck suggests, you could have a weak hose that is bulging and not allowing enough pressure to push the pistons.
