Cruising around and above 2500 rpm, the ignition light comes on. Not just on/off but fading, flickering on and and off. Noticed that if I hit a brake, it stops for a short while. Any thoughts on cause and / or resolution welcomed! _________________ Cheers, Steve H _______________________________________

If i may translate? That big red thing with the exclamation mark. Comes on with the ignition key (limey word).
Check the rear lamps (side & brake) & associated wiring for integrity.

Steve - oh, that light! Change the rear bulb - as far as I know the side lights won't affect the dash light. Your rear bulb can check out OK, but actually be defective, causing the instrument cluster light to turn on. I haven't had any luck except with bulbs from Europe - I think I use Phillips. Bulbs imported from Asia or Mexico don't seem to work for some reason. _________________ Jim

and do remeber that the 'ignition light' comes on whenever there is a problem with either of the rear bulbs. So check/replace both.

Those of us "in the know" call it the "bulb monitor indicator light" while noobs generally refer to it as "that triangle light." _________________ 93 LT (x2)
