Today I put new front brake pads in and decided to switch on ignition to see if battery was still up. The tail light came on??????? - not sure if it's brake light ! Bike hasn't been used for some months.
Any suggestions please ? |

The tail light comes on when you switch the ignition on.
I find that if I stand on the right side of the bike, near the back tire, I can step on the foot brake with my right foot, lean back - and check the brake light.
You should be able to check your lights - if nothing else, use a mirror. Once you've figured out which light is coming on with the key, you can pose your question - if you still have one... _________________ Jim

Thanks Jim - BUT - I just put the lever back on catching the spring for the switch behind it instead of in front of the lever. |
