Hi guys,
Just saw a cheap cylinder head near me, and I was wondering if anyone had an opinion about me slapping it on to stop this 1l/1000mile oil guzzling and smoke? I had the compression tested and it's A OK, with smoke only appearing after a long idle..
What do you guys think?

First try castrol tws 10w-60.It has reduced my oil consumption from 1 liter pr 3000km to half a sight glas every 2500km and with the oil smell gone during engine braking.
