Gidday again still stuck on radiators , something I noticed about the rads I've picked up. 1st photo is a 2 core k100 rad [k100 3 cores are the same as this] the 2nd is a 2 corek1100 rad notice the cooling fins aremuch finer on the k1100 rad. I'm wondering if this gets better cooling and this is why they went down to 2 core on the later 1100's. can't decide seems to me the fine fins would give more surface for cooling but would probably reduce air flow.Any ideas for cooling these beasts down .Thanks Ausbrick

How hot is it running? I believe a couple of your mates down there have successfully installed either manual or automatic fan switches to help keep the temp down.

The 3 core mod helped keep mine cooler - but I'm also going to add a fan switch just to keep the temp from going so high.
