Why you going back? I maen having both is too much fun!
I have a kick ass R100RS. Bought my fisrt K1100 over Easter vacation, got creamed 2 weeks later, had to buy another K1100RS.
I can make the old RS do amazing things & have touched ever state in the lower 48, but the K, WOW!!
How do you every get over that torque & power. Not to mention the out standing brakes & the sticky wide radials. Tried radials on the old bike, NG for it. Just throw the K over and easy on the throttle in turns & all is well. Will track run & duck with the best. Need a litlle more? hang till she grinds a wee bit and roll on a touch more throttle, keep grinning.
Sorry you got a bad one, but wiht a little TLC, she may come back for you.
This place can help. _________________ 1993 K1100RS that I'd rather be riding FAST!

A man's gotta do what he's gotta do...
I agree with the opinion that it would be hard to give up that
dark side power & such. When I recently tried a couple of different
bikes out at a Twin Cities dealership the only bike that had me
grinning in the helmet was a "K"...
Anyways, good luck with your sale & enjoy your new ride! _________________ Kent
