It never too early to plan ahead…

I propose the dates of June 26th thru 28th.

As some of you know ADVrider is a big part of my motorcycle life, so I selected those dates to not interfere with the three big gathering I go to each year. Those being West Fest, BYOB and Eastern Rendezvous.

But the dates I suggested are by no means set in stone.

As for location, I think somewhere in the middle.

To start the process, how about near Chattanooga, TN, Red Lodge, Montana, or South Bloomingville, OH.
All have great roads.

Any thoughts on this?

Those dates are good, just a few days after my birthday even! Smile

Montana would be good. Southern Utah would be awesome, IMO. Bryce, Zion, Glen Canyon... I'm not all that familiar with Colorado, but that might be good, too.

It's really unlikely I could make anything near the East Coast. I just can't get that kind of time off.

Besides, it's the West Coast's turn! Smile

well, I could change it for you, but you can also change it yourself - just click the little edit button, and change the subject line. If you have trouble with that, I can help you.

Hi, All,
Actually, it will be the third "official" meeting. There were two back in 2002 (count them as one), one for the East coast and one for the West. Harriet and I went to the West one in Taos, NM and had a great time, me on my K1100LT and she on her K75.

Laughing This woman cracks me up! Laughing

No pun intended...much.

That weekend poses a conflict for me (already - it's nuts, I know!), but go ahead if that works for most.

But remember, one year I propose gathering in Minnesota - you won't be sorry!

We MUST select another weekend, because I'd hoped we would eat lots beans, drink lots of beer and have contest.

It just wouldn't be any fun w/o you dear. Rolling Eyes

Just for the record, the first get-to-gether, East Coast Side, was on the BRP, that's the Blue Ridge Parkway. Something? Angel Lodge.

I made that one and the one at West Bend. That's two out of three, not too bad for an old phart. I had the token LT at West Bend. I can make plans for this one too. It seems to be about a three day run one way for me to Red Lodge. If that's were it ends up?
