The real trick to look forward to is to have 123456 on the top row & 789 on the bottom. I got real pissed off last year, missed 55555 & 56789. Have got 99999 & 100000. from a previous bike, sad innit???

You've got to plan ahead on the trip odometer:

Oh, don't tell him that..... what's he gonna' do when the odo reads 140,000 or even worse 160,000- that's going to need a serious nitrous boost.

what I really want is 666 but that involves buying a new bike Confused I'm told by my financial manager (not part of the marriage vows but an immutable part of the job of being my wife) that this is a weak excuse for spending several thousand ££s. So I'll just have to concentrate on 123456...

Oh, you have one of those too? They really know how to throw a wrench into the works.
My criteria for MC purchase is how many will fit into the garage- all other factors are minor.
SWMBO has some other thoughts on the subject........

Wife said I could only have 2 bikes, so I got the best bikes I could get for the cheapest amounts possible.

Think I did ok.

My list is dependent on what will leave me with less puddles in the garage when I am going for a ride. That's it. No brand snobbery, no loyalty at all. It's a hunk of metal. It either works or it doesn't.

Mine hasn't actually limited the number of bikes (yet) whereas guitars (another wee passion) are set at 4...
We don't have a garage so space is not an issue!
