I felt my front brakes not good yesterday, and saw the pads.
The ones in the right was very weared, and OK, let's change them!
But, after bleeding the circuit, the discs were locked by the pads....
OK, let's put the air bubbles off the system, but the front wheel didn't want to turn free!!
Maybe the pistons were locked? Dirt in the pistons?
Let's dismantle the calipers:
- the right brake hose has delaminated inside, so, the brake fluid didn't "go back", making some type of a valve, allowing only the "handlebar>caliper" way....
Final:
- My KLT is again in the shop, and I ordered a complete stainless steel braided lines for my bike, 4 front and 1 rear.
I already suspected that 14 years hoses were tired of so much pressure and hard work! I must have changed then before, in the cluch service.
