I always wear a FF on the RS. In fact, I've got three Arai Quantums. I tend to go half on the LT though. The Arai Quantums are so comfy they actually put me to sleep on the LT. But I do always carry a FF when touring on the LT. Kind of a pain to carry both a FF and half with me - expecially when I'm not wearing either - but it sure pays off in a rainstorm or cold weather _________________ 93 LT (x2)

Uh oh. I think this is destiny. I found it on FleaBay new for about $100 shipped.
Also did lots of surfing and found more or less only good reviews on quite a few forums- even one guy who had a getoff and said it performed well.
So, here's the deal:
The company is a spinoff of KBC. They were shooting for the low end of the market without diluting the price of the KBC brand. The webbikeworld is funny because the guy starts off saying how much of a piece of crap he expected it to be but ends up writing a prety good review of it.
The helmet meets DOT and whatever the Euro 205 or whatever rating.
From what I can tell from lots of browsing:
Very lightwieght.
Good venting.
Pretty quiet.
All in all, sounds like a pretty darned good helmet.
Since I recently picked up a red Alpinestars jacket for $100 on Craig's list to wear on the RS and none of my Arais are red, I've been wearing the black Arai mostly.
But man, with the Bruce Lee graphics, price and pretty good reviews I think I'm gonna have to pull the trigger. IF it doesn't work out, I'll dump it on Craig's list for $90.
This actually looks like a heckuva helmet even without the graphics. I'll reivew it when it shows up. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

I drove to work this morning because the baby was up half the night, and so I was too. I'm fine on a cold morning, but not on 3 hours of sleep.
I got about 50 feet down the road when I heard something funny on the roof, and turned around to see my HJC bouncing down the street after me. Whoops.
So, I guess I'm going helmet shopping. On the one hand, it'll be nice to have a new helmet, but on the other hand that's the price of a new Pilot II and some driving lights.... _________________ 1993 K1100RS

Oh yeah - couldn't resist. A safe $100 helmet that gets good reviews and matches Kato wit hthe color and the Burce Leed graphics. There's no way I could say no. Now I have to wait for it to show up - arghhhh!!!!! _________________ 93 LT (x2)
