Any UK of European member out there want to go for a ride to North of Spain Mid May. The plan is to depart from Calais about16th May stop over night a a budget price Hotel and stay at my place in north Spain . Good roads for bikes in the area return about a week later.

I may be interested. May is turning into a busy ride period. I already have a 3 day mountain ride traning the first week-end planned in Germany.
Will keep an eye on this topic.

Hi, Chris,
Where in Spain? I lived in Valladolid for a year in '80-'81. I loved it! At various times my late wife and I rode to Barcelona, Andorra, Portugal, Galicia, Extremadura, etc. I'd love to do it again but, alas, in order to do it I'd have to win the lottery!

The idea is to ride to Begur where I have a place this is only 80 miles from Barcelona and near Girona,Banyoles,Olot,Besalu Etc. Lots of very good roads .This is a chance to use both sides of the tyre. Hope you win the Lottery
