Does anyone know if a K1100 centerstand with mounting bracket will fit on an 85 k100 or if I were to use just the centerstand from the K1100 will that fit on the 85 mounting bracket?
Thanks, _________________ Rich

Yes, it should fit just fine. I installed a K1100 center/side stand combo on my 87 K75. The side stand hits the exhaust but i don't care about that. I want a center stand that won't rust through and dump the bike.
I also used a K1100 side stand switch and wired that up with a relay so that the BMU warning light stays on if the side stand is down. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

Thanks Drake. The one that came with my k100 is pretty rusty and like you I didn't want to replace it with another one that will rust out. _________________ Rich
